Beginners—Learning to skate.

    • First 6 months of lessons

    • Specifically for children & adults who are new to the ice, or haven’t skating very long.

What we cover:

    • Fun, encouraging lessons designed to build balance, basic skating skills, and confidence.

    • This is where all the early fundamentals are taught.

    • We will build at a pace that is comfortable for each individual.

      • For some this may be really gradual, for others it may be a little faster.

      • We can adjust as needed.

Developmental

    • Months 6-12 of lessons.

    • Those that are interested in the next stage of learning will enter the developmental program.

    • This is an exciting time as students gain confidence on the ice and are ready to expand their skills.

**Including kids & adults**

What we cover:

    • We will work on elements that are appropriate for the skater's current level.

-while also looking ahead to the next few levels to discover fun new challenges when appropriate.

-For some, this could include early foundational spins, jumps, a variety of skating skills, spirals, and      more.

-For others, we may focus our efforts on building more stability, confidence, and strong skating          fundamentals.

 *We can modify as needed*

High Performance & Higher Learning

    • For those who seek out the bigger challenges skating has to offer whether for personal goals, testing, or competition.

    What we cover:

    • Individualized coaching focusing on more advanced technique & performance.

    • For those who are skating for the enjoyment, not competitive, we can have a great time still working on advanced skills tests, spins and jumps that match your comfort level.

    • For those that desire a more competitive track:

    • Training may include working toward advanced spin levels, modern jump technique, challenging choreography, higher quality edges-turns-steps, off ice jump drills, overall performance refinement, video analysis, and more.

      • All are optional depending on goals.

    • Most importantly let's have fun with these challenges.

    • Let's enjoy the process of progress.
