A little about Jeri's background....
As an amateur skater, Jeri competed at Nationals 8 years in a row, once as a Novice, 3 times as a Junior, and 4 times as a senior lady. During that time she also competed Internationally as a senior lady for 4 years.
She went on to skate professionally for 8 years all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, & the Caribbean.
She performed with Olympic Gold Medalists, talent acts from Cirque De Sole, singers and dancers, and Olympic gymnasts in various shows.
When Jeri hung up her suitcase from touring professionally, she began teaching full time. As a coach, Jeri has had students medal at Nationals and compete in International competitions.
As a choreographer, Jeri has set programs for regional medalists, sectional skaters, & Nationals medalsits.
On top of her skating experience, Jeri went to college with a concentration in Graphic Design.
Jeri's experience is extensive. She sees the sport of figure skating through 3 different lenses, that of the skater, that of the performer, and that of the coach. Her view is well rounded and balanced which in turn reflects her teaching style.
